Jennifer is an accomplished sales strategist and business development professional with extensive experience in executive recruiting and staffing. She has a proven ability to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and develop innovative sales enablement strategies.
At Katalyst Group, Jennifer will be applying her leadership skills to ensure clients receive the most value for their investment while also providing exceptional client service. She will be helping people navigate their career paths and identifying what opportunities are best for them. Additionally, Jennifer will be serving as an extension of the organization’s brand to build their teams with the best talent the Chicagoland market has to offer.
Jennifer has close ties with the Chicago market — she loves being out in the community spending time networking with people and finding ways to help them along the way. Within her career in executive search and recruiting, she has launched and grown new markets, been responsible for training new team members, and driven impressive revenue numbers.
Known for her openly authentic consultative approach and leadership, Jennifer has led cross-functional teams, developed training programs, and excelled in stakeholder management. Her achievements include Champion’s Club honors and recognition as Rookie of the Year.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling to see friends and family, being near the water, and reading. She plays in softball and volleyball leagues and loves going to yoga class. One of the things she enjoys most recently is seeing the city through the eyes of her young niece and nephew — which is like being a new Chicagoan all over again!
Jennifer earned a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Central Michigan University.
