DAMON O'DONNELL

As Executive Talent Partner, Damon brings 15 years of operations, executive search and talent strategy experience to the team. After servicing high-growth tech startups, venture capital and private equity firms, Damon is excited to focus on finance and accounting searches here at Katalyst Group. In addition to being fluent in French and Italian, his professional superpowers center on relationship building, written and oral communications and executive recruitment and consultation. With former operations and leadership roles at boutique executive search firms and Dropbox and Pinterest, Damon appreciates a range of corporate environments ranging from established to early-stage companies.

Damon earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in French and Italian from New York University.

In his free time, Damon enjoys global travel, art history, cooking and never met a dog he didn’t love.
