STACEY KENNEDY

Stacey joins Katalyst Group with nearly a decade of recruiting experience and brings a prior background as an attorney focusing on family law and real estate law. Pivoting from practicing law into recruiting, Stacey served as a Global Director of Recruiting for a legal tech and consulting company and also filled a variety of high-performing recruiting roles at global consulting firms. 

 

To Stacey, the Let’s Katalyze community offers a small company feel with a big company reach. Serving as a partner, collaborator, and sounding board energizes Stacey — in her role, Stacey truly gets to know both the individual and client so that they can grow their career and clients can build high-performance teams. 

 

Serving as an advocate for individuals and helping them find that role (not just the next job) but the very place they want to be, creates a rewarding experience for all — Stacey, individual, and client. Stacey truly enjoys building that relationship and making a positive difference.

 

In her spare time, Stacey enjoys managing and fundraising for a youth hockey team, playing golf and hockey, reading, and being with her family.

 

Stacey earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy from Edgewood College.
